What is Exodus 90?
It is a spiritual exercise for men that lasts 90 days. It focuses on three main areas:
Fraternity
A weekly meeting with other men taking Exodus 90, where everyone agrees to be totally transparent about your life and all the struggles that go with it. No exceptions!
Prayer
A daily holy hour, incorporating at least 20 minutes of contemplative prayer.
Asceticism
A 90-day fast from social media, alcohol, snacking, sweets, and even warm showers (just to name a few.)
This may sound hard… but it is actually very refreshing!
