Parish Picnic & 150th Anniversary Celebration!
- 11:00 am Mass at St. Francis Xavier (children’s liturgy provided)
- Main Celebrant: Arch bishop Peter Hundt
- Picnic follows (about 12 noon)
- Hamburgers / Hot dogs provided by the Knights of Columbus
- Please bring Pot Luck Salad or Dessert to share (in a cooler)
- Please bring lawn chair(s)
- Children’s games & activities provided
- Sign – up – Helpful but not mandatory
- All are welcome – extend the invitation!
- Wheel chair parking & accessibility
This is a joint event for all our parishes: St. Francis Xavier, St. Anne & Holy Family being held at St. Francis Xavier in Carlsruhe on it’s lovely grounds. Rain or shine event. A tent will be up to provide outside protection.
Children’s Liturgy taking place at St. Francis Xavier on Sunday, June 25th Please note – on the day of our picnic, the children’s liturgy will NOT take place in Hanover at the 9 am Mass but will be offered instead at St. Francis Xavier’s 11 am Mass. We hope all our families will come and enjoy the Celebration and picnic afterwards.
Please note: the Card Party on Tuesday is cancelled
Spring Unify continues on Wednesday nights
A light meal begins the evening at 6 pm – bring a salad to share if you can. Service starts at 6:30 pm and ends about 8 pm. It will include worship, a teaching, sharing and praying. Our hope is for nice weather so we can be outside in the parking lot. Bring a lawn chair & dress accordingly. Bring friends, your children – it’s for everyone!
Adoration Chapel News
Hours needing a committed adorer: Thursday 3-4 pm & 6-7 pm. If you would like to fill one of these hours, please contact Don at 519-364-1185. Our Adoration Chapel is open Mondays at 9 am until Thursday at 8 pm. Come spend quiet time in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
