Jubilee Opening Liturgy will take place with this weekend’s Masses. The diocese has provided beautiful prayer books – be sure to obtain a copy and enjoy using it as part of your prayer life.

St. Francis Xavier Quilting
The Carlsruhe ladies will begin tying quilts on Monday, January 6, 2025, at the hall of the Carlsruhe Church. We start at 1:00 to 4:00 on Monday afternoons. These quilts are sent to Dr. Simone in Toronto and are forwarded to third world countries. Everyone is welcome & no experience is necessary. Society of St. Vincent de Paul Do you have a few hours per month to help serve the poor?
We are looking for new members for our committee. We meet once a month, with 2 mtgs in November, none in July/Aug. Getting involved could include helping with visits at the church (we always work in pairs) and/or helping with grocery shopping. NO Further Collecting Postage Stamps
Please take note that we are no longer able to use postage stamps for Mission fund-raising. Thank you to all those who have helped with this project in the past.

POPCAN TABS continue to be collected and used. Drop off’s at both Holy Family & St. Francis Xavier.

Please note: Card Parties start again on Tues. Jan. 7th.

Two As One Series for Married Couples Will your New Year’s Resolutions include re-focusing on the gift of marriage? Our Two As One series will run each Thursday evening after Mass, starting January 23rd, and will continue for six weeks. This is a great opportunity for a weekly Catholic reflection on marriage, and to share some fellowship with other married couples in our parish. Married couples of all ages, please consider joining us!
