Are you, or someone you know, interested in becoming a Catholic?
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the normal way in which adults become full, active, participating members of the Catholic Church.
If you are considering becoming Catholic, or know of someone who is interested in becoming a Catholic, please pick up from the narthex the brochure “Consider Becoming a Catholic,” fill out the form on the back and drop it into the parish office, or in the collection basket. The office will then organize an appointment for the inquirer to see Fr. Romelito. Appointments are conducted in a casual format and should be completed by early September as we plan to commence the next RCIA program in October. We will meet weekly from October to early May next year.
Everyone’s faith journey is uniquely special, and God’s love is powerful and exciting, bringing new life to whomever is open to receive it. Parish Office: 519-364-1973, Ext. 0 or info@holyfamily.ca
Scripture Quote to Ponder and Put in Action:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for men” – Colossians 3:23
Reflection on Today’s Gospel: John 6: 41-51
- How does Jesus’ words “Do not complain among yourselves’ resound to you?
- How can one make themselves ready to learn from the Father?
- What is one act of faith you can do today as a sign of your belief and desire for eternal life?
- Pray for an attitude of gratitude!
