Highlights

• Sr. Cara Benninger  (former member of the Mustard Seeds) has joyfully made her perpetual vows with the Sisters of Life, on Friday, Aug 6th, the Feast of the Transfiguration, at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York.  Congratulations to Sr. Cara, to her family & friends.  May God continue to use her many gifts for the building of His Church.

• If you receive the Eucharist, the (‘bread of heaven’)  what kinds of effects does it have on your everyday life?
• What do you expect from receiving ‘living bread, that has come down from heaven?  Do your expectations effect the graces available?
• How can we help ourselves and others to receive the blessings and benefits that are available?
