Society of St. Vincent de Paul Holy Family Parish Conference, Hanover
Dear Parishioners:
A sincere thank you to all who in any way helped to make our Christmas Hamper program a great success. May God bless you for your generosity to our monthly envelope collection and the extra donations given before Christmas. Through the kindness of donations we were able to provide hampers to 75 families/individuals, including gifts for 60 children this Christmas. Thank you for picking up gift requests from the giving tree and providing beautiful gifts and gift cards for the children. During the year we were able to assist 421 adults and 203 children during 280 church visits. Nearly 11,000 pounds of food was given out in 2022 with outreach and Christmas hampers. Your donations also help support other campaigns for those less fortunate throughout the year: Sponsoring children to summer camp, Special circumstances funding for outstanding expenses, based on need, i.e. heating, hydro, etc. It is truly heartwarming to see our parish family serve those less fortunate with love, respect, justice and joy. May God bless us all in this coming year.
