Invitation to write your deceased loved ones in the Book of Life
During the month of November, Catholic tradition is to put an extra emphasis on praying for the deceased. We have set up a book near the tabernacle and invite you to enter names of your deceased loved ones. We include “the names written in our Book of Life” in our prayers of the faithful throughout the month.
COVID-19 Safety Measures

“Gift Cards” can be picked up from the Giving Tree. Fill out your name and place that portion in the Donor Box while keeping with you the tear off section listing the age and size of the child. Please return the unwrapped gift by December 8th. Other ways to help are contribute non-perishable food, or make a financial contribution to St. Vincent de Paul.

Discussion Questions
- How do you feel when you hear this gospel? Afraid, excited, worried for loved ones?
- What does ‘my words will not pass away’ mean to you? Does it affect your desire to soak in God’s words?
- Jesus refers to learning from a fig tree. Do you find life pushes on, and time to learn is jeopardized in the pace of daily duties? Is there some change you could make to improve your quality or management of time?
