Kneel before the King
Consider making regular visits to the Adoration Chapel this Advent. Find the blessings, peace, solitude and love of Jesus by placing yourself in His presence. Call the parish office to learn more about times of operation and open hours.
The Giving Tree – a great opportunity to live out today’s gospel message
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is busy planning and preparing for the annual Christmas Hamper program for the less fortunate in our community. We like to make a difference and bring some joy to their lives this Christmas. If you’d like to assist a needy family this Christmas please pick up a “Gift Card” from the Giving Tree. Fill out your name and place that portion in the Donor Box while keeping with you the tear off section listing the age and size of a child.
This is Stewardship! A few recent highlights:
- Two of our parishioners, combined their natural God given talents and worked together to apply for a government grant that was available, in regards to covering costs for security. The application was approved and we have received a 10,000 grant!
- Someone inquired… “Can I fill the urns outside with greenery?” They are beautiful!
- Volunteers have tended to the flowerbeds, spring, summer and fall keeping our grounds looking well cared for.
- Volunteers are provided delicious meals to be offered at our Wednesday night Chosen series.
May the sharing of these stewardship highlights serve to encourage and inspire, giving Glory to God for the talents, and diversity that weave us together as a supportive parish family!

This Sunday’s Gospel
Matthew 25: 31-46
Discussion Questions:
- Why do you think Jesus said that both the righteous and the accursed, did not recognize that he was in their presence in the people around them during their life?
- What does this gospel inspire you to change in your life, and how will you go about that improvement?
