Volunteers needed for Re-threads
Our local right to life group operates “Re-threads” in Durham. They would be most grateful for volunteers to assist with their clothing store, operating Monday to Saturday. Usual shifts are 3 1/2 hours. This is a great way to support the right to life cause. Call Lucy Kalyniak at 369-6786 or Helen Waechter 364-1185 if you are able to join their team of volunteers. Thank you.
Fellowship following Mass
Each weekend we invite people to stay and enjoy some fellowship following Masses. When volunteers are available to set up and clean up, we offer refreshments to aid in this opportunity to socialize and grow in accompaniment. It’s an important part of ‘community’. Consider becoming a fellowship host and/or initiate a team approach with family, friends, or your small group. It’s only requires a small amount of time, and makes an big impact. Call the parish office for more details.
