Parish Pictorial Directory Our directory is in the final draft stages.  We hope to have it available by Thanksgiving Weekend. St.Francis Xavier Social Hour next Sunday! Please note that on Sun. September 17th, following the 11 am Mass there will be a social hour in the church hall with a light lunch supplied.  All are welcome. Card Parties on Tuesday afternoons will resume on Tue. Sept. 12th    Solo & Euchre  – Beginning at 1:30 pm   Admission is $2.00  Everyone welcome – bring a friend Milk Mat Work Bee – Wed. September 13th at 1:30 pm.  All are welcome CWL Meetings Resume Meetings will resume with a general meeting on Monday, Sept. 11, 7 pm in the Lenhard Room.  We will be painting inspirational messages on rocks that can be displayed in your yard, along paths, on trails; Kindness Rocks to inspire another, to offer a stranger a word of kindness. Bring along some craft paints and brushes if you have some. Not feeling very creative?  Come out anyway.  We would enjoy your company. Mark your calendar for the October meeting to be held on Monday, October 16, 2pm.  Members of our Diocesan executive will be on hand to engage in discussion concerning our council, its present status, needs and future objectives. What does the future look like for our CWL at Holy Family?  Where do we go from here?  Come and join the discussion. Children’s Liturgy Returning to 9 am Mass – Sun. September 10th We are thrilled to be back running the CL program Sundays at 9am Mass beginning this weekend. All ages are welcome, as the older children often mentor the younger children. Please note that if a child needs to use the washroom during CL, they will be returned to the caregiver in the Church to do so. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Shari  at 519-901-4948 Are you, or someone you know, interested in becoming a Catholic? The Holy Spirit is alive and moving in our midst.  Many times people will share that their hearts are longing or stirring for ’something more’.   Often it just takes a simple invitation extended with sincerity to really help them take that next step to inquire. The RCIA program teaches the faith in a casual way and encourages opportunities to experience God’s love as the inquirer discerns their faith journey.  As we near the fall schedule, please prayerfully consider those in your circle of work, family, or friends that might be waiting for that invitation. Are you a seeker?   You need not wait to be personally invited, please contact Anne, at the parish office to enroll yourself.     519-364-1973       anne@holyfamily.ca Adoration Chapel News We now have two specified Adoration parking spaces on the school side.  A second sign will be posted shortly.  This enables proper parking during the school day and assists those with walking difficulties.  Our Adoration Chapel is open Mondays at 9 am until Thursday at 8 pm.  Come spend quiet time in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.  For more information contact Don Waechter at 364-1185 This Sunday’s Gospel Matthew 18: 15-20 Discussion Questions:
